At VERIFIED WIGS LLC, we maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality; therefore, we offer a 14-day return policy on all unworn, unaltered hair products in their original packaging. Please ensure the lace remains uncut and all tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the wig in its original silk bag and box, ensuring the lace is intact and no styling products have been applied to the hair.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the unit is in its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
